Terms of Use

These terms cover two separate things, and it matters which one applies to you:
- Browsing this marketing website — the pages describing My Business Product, including its demo storefront and demo admin login.
- Using the My Business Product software itself, once you've purchased and installed it — that use is governed by the license you bought on CodeCanyon, not by this page. See the License page for what Regular and Extended licenses actually permit.
This website
You're welcome to browse it, read the documentation, and try the demo admin login and demo storefront. The demo is read-only sample data — don't rely on anything you enter there being saved, and don't use it to store anything you care about.
Don't attempt to disrupt the site (flooding requests, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping at a rate that degrades it for others) — reasonable, good-faith browsing and testing is fine.
The software
My Business Product is sold as a CodeCanyon item under Envato's own marketplace licensing terms. Buying a license does not transfer ownership of the code to you — it grants you the specific rights that license type describes (see License), most importantly the right to install and run the software for your own business (Regular) or for a client's business (Extended). Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the source code itself outside of Envato's terms isn't permitted.
No warranty, limited liability
The software is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and secure, and we support paying license holders through the support period their license includes, but we can't guarantee it's free of bugs or that it will suit every use case. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use — the same standard limitation you'll find on most software licenses.
Third-party services
The software integrates with services you connect yourself (Stripe, PayPal, Google, Meta, and others documented in the product). Your use of each of those is governed by that provider's own terms — we're not a party to your agreement with them.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the "last updated" date above will move.
